How we send your report
We send all reports via email, rather than via post, for speed of results.
Sometimes, as we attach documents to the email, this can result in the email being sent to your junk or spam folders.
If you cannot locate a report in your email or need a copy report for a historic request then please request a copy report. Our team will issue the copy report in just 24 hours.
Where you have not received a report please supply us with an alternative email address so that we can reissue it to multiple addresses to ensure deliverability.
